Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for Sky TV customers and it’s free

Sky TV has launched an online promotion which gives Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 to customers who sign up for Sky TV. Sky is one of the leading providers of TV entertainment in UK.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 comes with an8 inch TFT capacitive touch screen with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. The Tab 3 is equipped with a 1.5 GHz Dual Core Exynos 4212 processor and comes in 16 GB and 32 GB internal memory which is expandable up to 64 GB using a micro SD card.

It runs on Android Jelly Bean operating system and comes with 1.5 GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 sports a 5 MP primary camera and a 1.3 MP secondary camera.

The tablet comes with a non-removable Li-Po 4450 mAh battery. Customers are signing up for TV services subscription via the Internet to receive the tablet at no extra cost.

The company has promised to deliver the free tablets before Christmas and within 48 hours of the installation of the satellite TV system.

The offer is running across all the Sky TV packages which starts from £21.50 per month and is in addition to the firm’s existing promotions. To attract more customers Sky has also thrown in an extra £25 M&S voucher. The Tablet also allows the user to download all the award winning Sky applications.

Although there are better and newer tablets in the market, people are signing up for Sky TV to avail the offer as it is expected to end very soon (November 28th).
