Samsung has unveiled two new colors for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which are Red and Rose Gold. The standard black and white launch models and a light pink one have already been launched in some markets and now the company has come up with these two raunchy new colors.
However, the two new colors have been launched in specific markets and it is still unclear if Samsung plans to release it to a wider audience.
It has been revealed by Samsung Argentina that both the handset would be available in the stores early next year.
Till now the news is that the Red Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will hit the stores in the first week of 2014, and the Rose Gold will follow two weeks later. No firm release date announced yet.
Most likely Samsung will have both the devices on display during the CES 2014 in Las Vegas. Apart from these new color variations, both the devices have the exact same specifications as the original Galaxy Note 3.
These include a 2.3 GHz quad-core processor, 3GB of RAM, Android 4.3 JellyBean OS, a 13-megapixel rear mounted camera and the company’s trademark S-Pen stylus.
However, with great specs the phone also has some cons. Despite of having such great memory and a powerful processor, the phone freezes quite often.
Sometimes a certain app hangs and consequently freezes the entire device which can get really annoying sometimes. The battery backup is not as expected of such a powerful device and the device also heats up after 2-3 hours of continuous usage. But still the phone is selling quite well and may be these two new colors will boost the sales further.
