Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 specs review


Samsung is all set to launch the upgraded version of its tablet Galaxy Note 10.1 2012, the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014.

The upgraded version of 10.1 tablet is expected to have a sleek profile that is more portable compared to other tablets in the market.

The metal or plastic rear case has been removed and is replaced by a soft cloth that is stitched with the metal bezel. The upgraded version will also have Home, Back and Menu button on the bezel. The tablet will have a RAM of 3GB while the previous version had only 2GB RAM.

The screen size of the new version is same to that of its predecessor but its display has been replaced with a super clear LCD screen and has a pixel resolution of 2560 x 1600 and 299 ppi.

It is available in 16, 32, 64GB built-in memory variants and all these versions support microSD memory expansion up to 64GB. The new Note 10.1 will have a rear camera of 8MP and a front camera of 2MP.

The new edition of Note 10.1 will have a Snapdragon 800 processor and the LTE version will come with the Adreno 300 GPU.

The LTE version will have 2.3GHz quad-core Krait 400 while the 3G version will be having 1.3GHz Cortex A7 and a 1.9GHz quad-core Cortex A15.

It will be running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system as of now but is also eligible to get Android 4.4 KitKat. The battery of the new version has been upgraded from 7000 mAh Li-Ion to 8220 mAh Li-Po battery.
