Porsche Carrera GT and Paul Walker death


Paul Walker who was an American actor, in year 2009 said during an interview that his ultimate “dream car” was the Porsche Carrera GT. It was exactly four years before he died, the star while promoting “Fast & Furious” in 2009 said that “That’s the top car.”

According to reports and witnesses, the 40-yar old American actor was spotted in his red Porsche GT at around 3:30 p.m. last week as the actor eventually got to ride in his dream car, when the sports car flew off the road and banged into a tree in Santa Clarita and after which the car burst into flames.

The ride of his dream car ended in tragedy when the car slammed into a tree and a pole, killing both Paul and the man driving the car.

Antonio Holmes, a close friend of Walker said in a statement that “It was engulfed in flames,” and “There was nothing. They were trapped.” He also stated that he was one among the group of people who gathered at the site with fire extinguisher and were trying to rescue Walker and his buddy.

The second victim of the car crash was identified as Roger Rodas, by Jim Torp, who was also at the event. Rodas was a professional racer and father of two who owned Always Evolving Performance Motors. Torp in a statement made to a newspaper, also described that how Rodas’s son tried his best to save his father.

The actor in one of the other statements also said that “If one day speed kills me, do not cry because I was smiling”.
