New Godzilla 2014 trailer released

The official trailer of Godzilla 2014 has been released recently. The movie which is directed by Gareth Edwards and starring Aaron-Taylor Johnson, Bryan Cranston and Elizabeth Olsen, is expected to be launched in May next year. Godzilla fans all over the world have been counting down the days to this very moment.

This time it will be the largest Godzilla ever to appear on film, just about double the size of the Heisei Godzilla, who first appeared in the original Godzilla film.

Godzilla is a gigantic mutant dinosaur, transformed from the fallout of an atomic bomb test. But Gojira in the latest part of the movie won’t be the only Monster to roar in the concrete jungle this May, as there will be at least 2 additional Monsters which will be battling the Godzilla throughout the film.

Large scale shots of urban destruction were joined with an image of the beast roaring into the distance. The movie was set to a narration by the creator of the Atom Bomb, named Robert Oppenheimer and according to him “We knew the world would not be the same. Few people laughed, few people cried, most people were silent.” When compared to previous Godzilla trailers, there is really no comparison.

The new trailer of the movie begins with a spectacular parachute jump into a devastated city and ends with the creature through a dust cloud which is accompanied by Godzilla’s trademark roar. Godzilla is expected to be released in UK on May 14, 2014.
