Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance review, features, and price

Finally after being released for the consoles almost a year back in February 2013, ‘Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’ has been released for PC gamers as well on 9th January 2014.

The setup of the game is four years after the events that took place in ‘Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots’ and you are given control of a cyborg with the name Raiden whose job is to confront Desperado Enforcement, a private military company.

The game requires a minimum of Intel Core i5 2400 with at least 2GB of RAM and a good graphic card, similar to the likes of Nvidia GeForce GTS 450, to function as designed.

The game also requires DirectX version 9.0c and at least 25GB of empty space on your HDD.

The graphics have been drastically improved a year later as compared to the Xbox 360 and the PS3 release, however, they are not as great as you would be expecting when you got your high-end PC, especially for gaming.

Due to the story line being really short, the game was highly criticized after being released in February 2013.

The developers decided to change this for all those gamers who remained unsatisfied with the length of the story line but loved the game. To provide them with more excitement, a DLC is being provided for free with the PC version of the game that will provide you with considerably longer playing time.

The game is available as a GameStop download at a price of $29.99 and for US residents, the game can be purchased at a price of $23.99 from Amazon.
