Recently a new Samsung Galaxy S5 concept was seen online and it packed some of the best predicted specs and features. The new concept has been designed by GalaxyS5Info and features a 5.25 inches 2K curved screen display.
This new concept coincides with the recent rumor that Samsung is already working on a qHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Samsung is one of the companies that is rumored to be secretly working on a flexible curved display and it is expected that it will reveal it in the company’s flagship phone for 2014.
However, there have been reports suggesting that the curved display will probably not be ready by the time the company decides to unveil the Samsung Galaxy S5.
The concept also features an amazing 64-bit Exynos octa core processor. It has been confirmed by Samsung that it will be introducing 64-bit architecture chips, but there is no official statement about packing an octa-core chip.
The camera sports a 16 megapixel ISOCELL camera at the rear end which will definitely make all the selfie lovers happy.
The phone also features a 4 megapixel front camera for video conferencing. There have been reports that Samsung is also working on a futuristic iris scanner, but it is highly doubtful that such a feature will make its way to the Galaxy S5.
Some of the other amazing features of the Galaxy S5 render are the S Surround special acoustics system, two flashes and quite powerful microphones.
The body is metallic unlike the plastic body of its predecessors. It is also rumored that Catcher industries, Samsung’s Taiwan supplier, will supply 10 to 30 million units of metal cases to Samsung.
However, denying this rumor was DigiTimes, which said that no metal chassis is being produced and Samsung is still confused about the hardware to be used in the Samsung Galaxy S5.
