Luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover swept the board at the prestigious 2013 Middle East Motor Awards (MEMA) held recently.
Land Rover joined the award winners with its class leading Range Rover taking home the MEMA “Best Luxury SUV” award. Jaguar Land Rover has the ability to constantly innovate and be at the pinnacle of luxury and refinement.
A customized version of the new Range Rover, called The Autobiography Black, with leather tables, bubbly cooler and massage seats, is the most luxurious Range Rover ever.
Land Rover sales for January to September 2013 are up 40 per cent vs. January to September 2012, driven by sales of the flagship Range Rover and the recently introduced All-New Range Rover Sport, traditionally Land Rover’s best-selling vehicle in the region.
Land Rover is planning to expand its dealership network to a total of 223 dealerships with 130 dealerships currently in operation, the remaining 93 will go into operation in second and third tier cities where Land Rover are aiming to expand their network and consumer base.
Also Jaguar Land Rover has called on ICM Partners to provide brand strategy. In a statement, ICM head of global branded entertainment, Carol Goll said, “Jaguar Land Rover is one of the world’s preeminent luxury automotive companies, and we are excited to work with them across every vertical at the agency.”
Land Rover is replacing older designs with new, lightweight, more fuel-efficient vehicles that share some Jaguar drive train hardware which seems successful. Range Rover SUV, redesigned recently, makes it the biggest U.S. seller.
For just £130,000, Jaguar Land Rover has taken the wraps off its most expensive Range Rover.
