Google Nexus 7 android tablet price tag and specs review

Google designed the Nexus 7 in a way that it should deliver the best and the purest android experience to the users. Nexus 7 brings the perfect mix of power and portability and features the world’s sharpest 7″ tablet screen.

Nexus 7 is manufactured by Asus and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and an Adreno 320 graphics processing unit (GPU) and 2GB of RAM, it also features dual-band Wi-Fi and optional 4G LTE, including support for hundreds of networks worldwide.

The Nexus 7 also comes with the guarantee that the users will always have the latest and greatest version of Android. Though, it runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, but can be updated to Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, as Google has already rolled out Android 4.4 KitKat for the Nexus 7.

The camera capabilities include a 5-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing shooter. The tablet also has great sounding stereo speakers with surround sound and Frauhofer audio technology.

The wireless connectivity includes dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and NFC. The tablet also includes a microUSB port and a Slimport for 1080p HDMI output.

The tablet is packed with a large non-removable 3,950 mAh battery which gives 9 hours of HD video playback, 10 hours of web browsing or e-reading, and 300 hours of standby time.

The 32GB Nexus 7 is available with a price tag of Rs. 23,999. Whereas, the 16 GB variant of the second generation tab is available for Rs. 20,999.
