Google Nexus 10 2 might have powerful Tegra 4 chipset while 2014 release date is still unknown – Features and Specs Review

Google Nexus 10 2 release date may come sooner than we think and will be a powerful gaming device.

An allegedly leaked benchmark test was posted by Motoring Crunch which indicates that the upcoming Google Nexus 10 2 will pack a NVIDIA Tegra 4 chipset instead of the rumored Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset.

This is good for users who are looking to buy the tablet especially for gaming as the Tegra 4 is one of the best processors in the market for gaming.

The Nexus 10 2 has been in the news since a very long time, and due to its great demand its users were disappointed due to this delay in the release of the tablet.

Since the last year, a lot of rumored release dates for the Google Nexus 10 2 have been out, but none of them were true.

It was also rumored that Google will unveil the new tablet at the CES 2014 in Las Vegas which took place the previous week, however, the tablet made no appearance at the event. There has been no official statement by Google about the release of the device.

However, there are numerous clues which hint that Google Nexus 10 2 may be released any time now.

The smaller tablet, Nexus 7, is being offered at a cheaper price by retailers, albeit, it has not eve been a year since its release. This reduced price indicates that a new device could be on its way.

Meanwhile, as Samsung was the manufacturer of the Google Nexus 10 in 2012, after several rumors that Google could go with either ASUS or LG for the production of the Google Nexus 10 2, it is now reported that Google could stick with Samsung itself for the production of the new tablet.

However, it is also a fact that Samsung has released a new line of tablets, and despite being business partners, Samsung and Google are still competitors.
