The Moto X deals are just getting better and better. First the phone saw its price drop from $199.99 to $99.99.
Motorola is now offering the Verizon Moto X with Moto Maker customizations for a $49.99 starting price through November 18.
Moto Maker is a service that allows the users to customize their Moto X by choosing from 16 unique wallpapers, 18 back colors and 2 front colors with matching chargers and headphones.
Moto X is part of Motorola mobility’s new strategy under the direction of Google, touting the device as an affordable option to other flagship smart phones.
The Moto X’s specification sheet isn’t the most impressive, and is tricked out with software features to give the handset an edge.
The Moto X sports a 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The handsets packs a dual-core Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.7GHz, 2GB of RAM, and 16 GB/32 GB of internal storage. It has a 10-megapixel ClearPixel camera with LED flash, auto focus, HDR, face detection and panorama.
It is interesting to note that the device comes with Android 4.2.2 out of the box but the company has guaranteed that the device will receive the update of the latest Android 4.4 KitKat soon.
