Battlefield 4 expansions publicized


DICE and EA have announced the release of Battlefield 4, for the first three days the beta will be available exclusively to Battlefield 3 Premium members, those that pre-ordered Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe, and owners of Medal of Honor Warfighter Digital Deluxe and Medal of Honor Warfighter Limited Edition.

DICE and EA have also announced the left over expansion packs for Battlefield 4. In the coming few months gamers will see Naval Strike, Dragon’s Teeth, and Final Stand in addition to the China Rising and Second Assault.

China Rising will release in December, Naval Strike hits in spring 2014, with Dragon’s Teeth and Final Stand landing in summer 2014.

For members of Battlefield Premium, all expansion maps, weapons, and content will be available two weeks early.

EA has also announced Battlefield 4 Premium, a $50 membership scheme which will grant early access to five digital expansion packs. DICE also declared a new mode, Obliteration, a one-bomb objective mode where teams hunt down an explosive that resides in random locations.

The Executive producer of the company said that with Battlefield 4 Premium they continue to roll out the red carpet, treating their fans like VIPs with an enormous amount of new gameplay, exclusive new content and even more benefits at a mind blowing value.

Battlefield 4 will be available on October 29 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Battlefield 4 will also be available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Battlefield 4 Premium will be available on all platforms for $50 and will be transferable.
