2015 Ford Mustang nearing its December debut

Ford Motor Company has announced that its all-new 2015 Mustang will be debuting on December 5th. Since 2005, this will be the Mustang’s first redesign.

The car will celebrate its 50th anniversary on April 17, 2014. Even though the leaked shots are already there for the 2015 Ford Mustang and we all more or less know what will look like, it is still expected to have an evolutionary design. Ford has released a new teaser image of the iconic Mustang emblem.

We can also expect an improved interior with superior quality materials, advanced switchgear and metallic trim.

Ford announced that the awaiting debut will take place simultaneously in six cities on four continents – at its headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan, New York, Los Angeles, Barcelona, Shanghai and Sydney.

At an event held simultaneously with the Los Angeles Auto Show, Jim Farley, the global marketing chief for Ford told the media that the company had a big and important decision to make related to the execution of the vehicle, but what was most important that they had a chance to globalize the iconic vehicle.

He further added that as soon as you will experience this new Mustang, it will ignite a sense of optimism and independence which will inspire us all.

For the time being this is the maximum information that has been revealed about the sixth generation pony car.

However, previously there had been rumors that the new Mustang will be available in a choice of engines which include a 3.7ltr V6, 5.0ltr V8 with 450hp and a probable 2.3ltr four-cylinder turbocharged engine which would be manufactured for global markets only.

Keeping all the spy photos of the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang aside, we all will be getting our first look on the first Thursday in December.

Until then Ford is teaming up with Facebook and Instagram and will be posting Mustang-related content through the social media.
