For 2014, Nissan has announced the release of its new generation Rogue. It was done to create a compact SUV that would steer the eyes of potential purchasers from different cars present in the market in the same segment. The Rogue will be released by January 2014.
The new 2014 Nissan Rogue will be impressive with its suite of driver assistance tools and connectivity options. As major companies go for compact SUV’s, the power beneath the hood is more about the configuration and four cylinder engine.
A quick body scans of the Rogue reveals and evolutionary shape with a cleaner front. LED daytime running lights are a tip of the hat to current fashion.
The detailing around the greenhouse window is crisper and the wheel arches show more muscle. Rogue is fitted with a 2.4 liter L4 engine creating a power of 170 hp.
The car is very comfortable, has smart technological devices and has clever storage options. An interesting feature of Rogue is that Active Ride Control applies individual brakes automatically to soften bumps in the road. For the first time, the Rogue is available in a 7 passenger configuration. Also new on 5-seaters is the Divide-N-Hide cargo system that does a reasonable job.
Rogue is full of thoughtful little touches that distinguish it from the competition, and that’s essential. The price range will be around $24000-$35000, to be announced on November 18.
